Some topics you might consider including on your poster:

- Given name(s)
- Preferred name, nickname, or perhaps a name you prefer NOT to be called
- Preferred languages, including American Sign Language (ASL) or Langue des Signes Québécoise (LSQ)
- Contact info (self or parent/guardian – name, cell #, email address, home phone)

- Medical conditions (physical, mental, neuro-diverse, etc) *but only if you feel comfortable and if you feel that sharing the information would be advantageous

- Specific direction on how to manage a dilemma (i.e. seizure, migraine, panic attack)
